Accounts: you must be 18 or older; an organization is bound when someone signs up on its behalf; an account operated by an AI agent is bound through the person or organization that operates it. Section 1 is now Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct and adds that you may not let another person or AI agent use your account or use an account that is not yours, may not view, share or grant access to content without authorization, may not submit regulated data without the required protections, and may not engage in illegal activity, threaten or facilitate violence or serious harm, or unlawfully discriminate. Added that activity is attributed to the account owner, who is responsible for all activity under the account; how we handle reports of violations; regulated data, including HIPAA; limits on record retention; that we do not train AI models on your content; third-party providers, connected services and BYOK; actions Airis takes on your instructions; confidentiality and privilege; that we do not endorse what users do; and new indemnification items for work produced with or without AI, use of your account by others, and unauthorized access or sharing. New Section 5, Plans, Payment and Billing: free trials; monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel; how AI usage is charged to your balance, including in shared workspaces and conversations; auto-reload; disputes; promotional codes; payment processing; taxes; and price changes. Account Deletion and Termination now says that deleting your account cancels your subscription and that unspent funds you added over $1 are refunded.
