Buy packs when your usage comes in bursts; subscribe when it’s steady. Packs run from single credits at $4 apiece (sold five at a time or more) down to $3.33 per credit at the 300-credit Cowork Pack. Subscriptions deliver 50, 150, or 300 credits a month ($180, $495, $900) and add white-glove onboarding and priority support, and annual billing adds 10% bonus credits every month. You can change or cancel anytime, and top up from any plan.

What does my advisor see?

Connecting with an advisor confers no access by itself — reach is something you grant explicitly, either across your entire workspace or limited to areas you choose, with item-by-item control over profile details like your goals and thinking style. The relationship is one decision, access is another, and both stay yours. You can narrow or end either at any time, effective immediately.

What is the Client Portal?

The Client Portal is the one shared folder you and your advisor work in. Work inside the Portal is shared, work outside it stays private, and moving something in or out is always your explicit choice — the move itself is the consent. Your advisor can prepare materials in the Portal before you’ve accepted, so the workspace is ready the day you say yes.

Can my advisor see my private work? Can I see theirs?

No, and no. Your advisor sees only your designated scope — everything outside it is invisible to them — and you never see your advisor’s workspace, their notes, or their other clients. The Client Portal is the single shared surface, and even Airis respects the boundary: nothing it says in the Portal draws on material the other side wasn’t already entitled to see.

Can I end an advisory relationship?

End the designation and your advisor’s access to your designated scope is withdrawn on the spot — they’re notified, and the underlying connection survives if you want to stay in touch. You can also narrow the scope instead of ending it; changes to what your advisor can reach take effect just as fast.

I’m an advisor. How do I get set up?

Advisor accounts are approved by PRISM — request advisor access when you sign up, or have a client invite you by email. Once approved, you get the Advisor Portal: a dedicated workspace with a Client Manager, a private Advisor Studio for each client file, read-only views of each client’s action items and calendar, and Airis briefings at both the portfolio and individual-client level. Your client files and preparation stay private to you — clients see only what you place in their Portal.
